Deborah Kelly

Deborah Kelly received her Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and her Master's of Education from Lamar University also in Texas. Deborah taught first and second grade for seven years and then became a reading instructional specialist. Deborah specializes in working with struggling readers in elementary grades. Additionally, Deborah works to certify new teachers as an online instructor in teacher education.
