Anna-Marie Bobart

Driven by an authentic passion for supporting K–12 students in reaching their full potential, Anna-Marie earned a B.S. in Elementary Education and an M.Ed. in Reading Education from Towson University. For the past 25 years, she has been a dedicated Learning Specialist and Reading Specialist with Orton-Gillingham certification, with experience in both public and independent schools. As a Reading Specialist, she provides evidence-based literacy instruction focused on phonological awareness, decoding, fluency, comprehension, and written expression, offering targeted intervention for students at all stages of literacy development, including those with dyslexia and other language-based learning differences. As a high school Learning Specialist and Executive Function tutor, Anna-Marie provides individualized, structured, and supportive instruction tailored to each student’s strengths and goals, helping learners develop essential skills such as organization, time management, planning and prioritization, and effective study strategies across content areas. She also loves coaching students through the writing process. Grounded in strong relationships and close partnerships with families, Anna takes time to truly know each learner and help students build confidence, independence, and a genuine love of learning.
